it could be starting july 1st. the fed has announced a new rule -- yes, i know. a lot of months to go where you can get dinged in the meantime. but starting then, banks will not be able to automatically put you into their overdraft programs where you get punished big-time for what can be a little mistake. you know, come on, really, how much does it cost banks to process your $3 overcharge? where you went over 50 cents or something? so this is only for debit card. it's only if you're using your debit card and they don't apply to checks. it does mean that, say you go someplace and try to use your debit card, they'll say to you, no, you can't use that. maybe you'll be embarrassed but you could use use a different card or cash. you may have to take some action. keep your eye on the mail to be involved in this. by and large everybody writing in saying yea. we'll have some of your comments later. >>> some new leaks about the possibility of the iphone coming to the verizon network. that would be millions of people who could finally have access to that. right now the iph
